It's optional but recommended, especially for larger rugs and furniture (8x11 or larger rugs and furniture are much more susceptible to damage during transit) or if you live in a community where package theft might occur. If an order is lost or arrives damaged, you can request a refund or replacement with just a few clicks. Because of it's obvious value, Route Package Protection will automatically appear in your shopping cart. A small fee (typically, less than 3% of order total) is added for this service.
