You don't need to worry about faulty merchandise as everything we sell is brand new, first quality, with full Manufacturer's warranty of at least 12 months. In the event that a Manufacturer does not provide a warranty, Incredible Rugs and Decor will provide our own warranty, as follows:
- Karastan Rugs: 1 to 20 year warranty
- All other rugs and runners: 12 month warranty
- Indoor/Outdoor type rugs: 6 month warranty.
